Free EU Delivery
All EU orders with a total value of € 100 and over.
All EU orders that total less than € 100 will be charged € 6,95.
International Delivery
We offer international delivery.
Costs and Where We Ship To
Non EU countries may be subject to import duties. The recipient is responsible for payment of these duties. All our prices are displayed with NL VAT. If you live outside the EU then you do not need to pay any VAT and this will be deducted during the checkout process, or when you choose your local currency.
Currencies
Please note if you are shopping from overseas and you select a currency other than €EUR – the prices displayed are a guide based on the exchange rate of the day. All of our transactions are performed in €EUR so the amount that your bank/credit card company charges you may be slightly different.
Delivery Time
We’re keen to ensure your chosen items are with you as quickly as possible. Many items are held in our store, and these are dispatched the same day. Should an item not be immediately available, we will email you to let you know when you can expect to receive it.
Returns
We want you to love everything you purchase from NAANOO, and we stand by every item we make. If you purchased a product directly from our site and aren’t satisfied for any reason, simply return it to us unused within 30 days and we’ll issue a refund for the product. Orders exceeding the 30 day window, are not eligible for a return or exchange.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product was damaged/defective when you received it. If you received a gift and don’t have the original packing slip, we’ll issue you online credit in the form of a NAANOO Gift Card.
1. Prep your return order by including the packing slip and note the reason for return. If you don’t have the packing slip, please include your name, email address and order number.

3. Returns are processed within approximately 2 weeks from when they’re received. Once your return is processed and checked, you’ll get an email notification that we’ve issued your refund. Depending on your payment method, the refund will be completed in 5-7 business days to the original payment method (Credit Card, PayPal or Gift Card).
